One of the world's most important airshows - Farnborough International 2004, which ended on July 25, confirmed growing interest of world aviation community in Kharkov aircraft manufacturers' products. KSAMC, one of the few civil aircraft producers in the CIS countries that show stable growth of production volume and active work at aviation market, presented the newest model of Antonov An-140-100 turboprop and convertible Antonov An-74TK-200 turbofan at the show. Both airplanes were taking part in flying program during the first three days and were demonstrated on static display throughout the exhibition. Real aircraft presence as well as traditional ways of presentation at the stand gives specialists much more opportunities to evaluate new aircraft's performance and economic characteristics. Therefore KSAMC's form of participation at Farnborough International 2004 reflects basic principles of the company's marketing strategy - maximum accessibility, real offers and constant movement forward.
During Farnborough International 2004 KSAMC representatives as part of Ukrainian delegation were received by Igor Mityukov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine in Great Britain, who appreciated Ukrainian aviation industry's work and wished aircraft manufacturers consolidated efforts to win strong positions at the world's aviation market.
